This ink is definitely at it's best when creating glow, shadow or highlight effects. it has a very gentle hue to it, so it won't be a deep, rich focal point. if you find yourself using a lot of light blue, stop diluting your deeper tones and get this. (Posted on 1/7/11)Quality Price Value
