Our Warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm ET. Orders placed by 2pm ET will be shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm ET will be shipped the following business day. TattooSuperstore.com strives to provide you with the fastest, most reliable and affordable shipping options to make sure your inks get to you fast and efficiently.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, resalable, and returnable products to us for a refund or exchange. You must notify us prior to shipping the items back within 7 days of receipt of the items and ship the items back to our warehouse within 20 days of receipt of the order.

All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. Due to the sterile nature of Intenze Tattoo Inks and our high regard for safety and quality, TattooSuperstore.com reserves the right to inspect and approve all refunds and are subject to our approval prior to a refund. A 15% restocking fee applies when returning items. If an order is refused, shipping charges are non-refundable and all restocking fees will still apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shopping & Buying

Once you have added all of your products to the shopping cart click the “My Cart” link from the top navigation to review your order in the shopping cart.

From the shopping cart you can enter in your country and postal code. This will allow you to see the charges for shipping and if you will pay tax (New Jersey Residents in The United States Pay 7% tax). After you have reviewed your order in the cart click Checkout.

You can now checkout with our easy Guest Checkout service, without having to set-up an account. Of course, there are many benefits to having an account at TattooSuperstore.com including faster checkout by saving your address, the ability to view order status, order history, and more.
